| The Government of the Federated States of Rutania and the Government of the Endralonian Empire, desirous of strengthening the cause of peace and cooperation between Rutania and the Endralonian Empire, and to ensure the security of both nations have agreed to a mutual protection pact between their nations. Article 1 Both High Contracting Parties shall refrain from any act of violence, any aggressive action, and any attack on each other, either individually or jointly with other powers. Article 2 Should one of the High Contracting Parties initiate a conflict or war against a third party, the other High Contracting Party is not obliged to lend its support to the High Contracting Party that initiated the conflict. They must not however support the third party. If a similar treaty exists between the other High Contracting Party and the third party then the other High Contracting Party will remain neutral. Article 3 Should one of the High Contracting Parties become the object of aggressive action by a third power, the other High Contracting Party shall in no manner lend its support to this third power but will support the other High Contracting Party in their fight against this act of aggression and use whatever means they deem necessary to help. Article 4 The Governments of the two High Contracting Parties shall consult together and exchange information on problems affecting their common interests. Article 5 Neither of the two High Contracting Parties shall participate in any grouping of powers whatsoever that is directly or indirectly aimed at the other party. Each High Contracting Party must respect the political sovereignty of the other High Contracting Party. Article 6 Should disputes or conflicts arise between the High Contracting Parties over problems of one kind or another, both parties shall settle these disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that peace and security are not endangered. Article 7 After the present treaty has been in force for twenty years, or at any time thereafter, the High Contracting Parties shall, if either of them so requests, consult together for the purpose of reviewing the treaty. Article 8 The present treaty shall be presented for ratification by the Governments of the High Contracting Parties to their respective Legislatures within the shortest possible time. Each High Contracting Party shall notify the other of the outcome of the ratification vote. The agreement shall enter into force as soon as it is ratified by both High Contracting Parties in their legislatures. We don't want to get involved in the Endralonian Empire- New Endralon conflict. For the rest I have no problems with this Treaty. |

I'd change "Hobrazia" to "the Endralonian Empire". ;-) |

| Message | Done the change of name. I have changed the wording to we use any means we deem necessary to help. I feel we should recognise the legitimacy of the government of the endralonian empire and that we dispute new endralons claim on her. |

| Message | We in Endralon have put the treaty to our parliament in this bill: http://82.238.75.178:8085/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=12272 If I may say, we do not desire to cause difficulty for Rutania with this treaty, but instead seek to dissuade agressive nations, the Socialist Commonwealth included, from any ideas they may have that invasions could be easy. It would not actually meet with our objection if you were to sign a similar treaty with New Endralon, as we have no plans for war, and the more obstacles there are to it for all parties, the better. |

| Message | we would welcome any such treaty , we do not plan to invade the empire any time soon as long as diplomatic routes are not closed to us in resolving the problem , providing of course it does not stipulate we change our policy on the sovereignty of the empire , to be honest considering the timescale and agressive motions by increasingly popular movements within the empire we predict if war breaks out the first bullet will not be New endralonian. |
