Voting deadline: March 2417
Description[?]:
We have recently experienced that the hobrazian health sector needs improvement and legislation. We must simplify the laws of our country and concentrate on making our people healthy even when it means decreasing civil liberties, such as smoking, after all it is not a life dependant ingredient. We need to have rules as our people for a long time has relied upon false marketing from clever commercial distributors and multinational companies earning big money with their scheme. Also we must take into account the fact that smoking will also hurt those around the smoker. Indeed it will be a restriction of civil liberties, when not forbidding smoking as the victim of passive smoking will be restricted in their choice of rejecting such habits and the smoke of others. As for article 2 we must accept that there will be an expense in preventing sexual transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies. We believe that money are better spent in preventing such thing than curring and taking care of the problems afterwards. We suggest that free contraceptives machinese will be installed in selected public toilets and at social centres together with those private companies and amusements settlements who wishes to participate in improving the health of our nation while also encouraging in a clever approach to sex. |

Message | We support both measures in attempting to improve the overall public health of this Country. Whilst the short term consequences of increased costs will be far reaching, the long term improvements in health will more than negate the short term difficulties. |
