| This bill would lead to the formation of a Public Healthcare System that is free for all those that with to use it. We estimate a total cost to the state of some 15 Billion for new facilities and staff falling to 4 Billion per anum after four years. This will reduce poverty and inequality and lead to massive increases of the well being of our great nation. |
