This bill prevents the use of nuclear weapons in warfare even if the threat of nuclear attack is hanging over us. The current law is also obsolete due to the fact that we do not research, or attempt to produce nuclear weapons of any kind This updates our current no nuclear weapon policy and makes us a much safer nation without the evil of nuclear weapons.
