MessageWhile Article 2 is fine and dandy, it's Article 1 that's problematic. Case-by-case approval is no better than a flat ban on investment, as the risk of having an investment turned down, especially with the current full-bore Communist government in place, will keep foreign investment at a level that can only be found with a microscope. Foreign investment should be championed, with full liberalization, not done piecemeally, were it some sort of illicit practice that must be passed in small bits to avoid public scrutiny.

MessageA baby step is still a step CDU, even if it is in the direction of greed and foreign ownership of the Al'Badarian peoples companies. What was all that about lost soverignity? I suppose that only applies to when we torture foreign prisoners, not when we economically oppress our own peoples.

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current.

Random quote: "There is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that's your own self." - Aldous Huxley
