MessageCLP I would want to nuke them the minute they even think about declaring war, but this is just as deterable, I mean if our military is defeated and there is no hope for victory, then boom your gone, and this is also a ploy to get the international community on our side here.

MessageTheres no point limiting what we can do with our weapons in war. In times of war, the sanhedrin should only have the power to mobilise the army and WMDs and hand over power to the Naczelnik Nasi.
In any case according to our RP history we dont have any WMDs, so theres no real need to legislate this at the minute.
