| Freeze! 2422 An act to immediately eliminate Rildanor's biological and chemical weaponry. WHEREAS, the keeping of these weapons undercuts Rildanor's claim to morality around the world. WHEREAS, the use of any weapon such as these would be a great human catastrophe, and would cause unconscionable civilian casualties. The Assemblee Nationale orders an immediate freeze on the production, research, and potential use of any of these weapons, with the objective of scrapping the whole stockpile within the next five years. |
