From Party Royale
ToDebating the Environmental Protection Act
MessageLocal government is fundamentally unable to provide proper funding for research and development. Because it is a public good, the larger the scale, the more effective every dollar spent is. Having local governments responsible for supporting the development of alternative energy is wasteful and will hurt the entire country in the long run.
