MessageYou'd think we would've agreed to this, but no.

To become nationals immigrants must pass a test, which we believe is a good enough way of handing out national status.

Since they already have passed this test and since citizenship is granted to any national this would mean EVERYBODY would have to pass this test, including those born here to citizens who have lived all their lives hear and love this nation of ours.

So no, unnecessary measures.
