MessageWe dont see any reason to turn down refugees just because their circumstances arent extreme enough- they will have a reason to have fled their country.
In any case, integration aid is a bad idea. Taking our citizens money and giving it to refugees can only create resentment, and will have the effect of making integration more difficult.

MessageWell technically we do discrimination, positive or otherwise, since we do not legislate employers hiring policies. So, yeah, we could have businesses that will refuse to hire Refugees, but similarly we could have those which only hire them. Its really up to the employer.

MessageWe need to allow employers to run their business how they want- to do otherwise is grossly unfair.

MessageWe don't really see your point. For government jobs people are employed based on their merits, and any private company will do the same if they want to succeed. Thats equality. Companies which choose not to, well, then their is inequality, but we cant really tell employers what to do.
