Message | So your stance is that all that go to trial are presumed Guilty before it even begins? What if the person that goes on trial is actually innocent of the crime(s) that he or she was charged with. Assuming everyone that goes to trial is automatically a "criminal" is reckless. And heck, one could say that you are enforcing a sort of class segregation by denying those that cannot afford council what they should be provided. |

Message | Also, isn't it like obligatory to have legal presentation when you're a suspect of a crime? So if you can't afford legal presentation that means that you can't be brought before the court. Bad idea :) |
