We would not let our people suffer at those times. We, the Grand Coalition, believes that everyone must stand and be prepared together in the most unfortunate of times. | Message | We oppose this bill on grounds that national service brings benefits for some who may not flourish at school and also in times of war may be necessary. However, we do oppose legislation in its current form and have done for years. National service should only be compulsory during times of war or crisis. |
