Message | Mr Speaker, Euthanasia is murder, and should be prosecuted as such. The Luthori Women prove themselves misnamed as Christians again! |

Message | Mr. Speaker, This is for the sake of the dignity of individuals and the comfort of the families who must suffer with the upkeep of a corpse and the constant reminder of the person that once lay within that shell. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, This is an outrage: murder is murder. When it is carried out by doctors, who are supposed to help the sick, and by families, who should stand by their relatives, this only makes it worse. I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, In biblical times, the medical know-how, medicine and technology did not exist that can prolong human life in the way it can today. It cannot be ethical, surely, to artificially prolong somebody's suffering when their condition is painful and untreatable. I yield the floor. Belinda Braithwaite (Viceroy & Leader of the LCWA) |

Message | Mr Speaker, The only logical conclusion to the Most Excellent Lady Viceroy's argument would be to ban medical drugs, blood and organ transfusions and other medical practices on religious grounds. In medical ethics, however, the difference between withdrawing treatment and taking action to kill a patient is well understood. The decision to withdraw treatment, to not resusitate if the patient dies a further time, or to stop taking life saving drugs lies with the patient, or if they are not capable the familty and doctors: actually murdering the patient or assisting in their suicide, however, with poison or a drugs overdose IS MURDER. I yield the floor. |
