| Message | Notice that it says "Public" housing. The definition of something that's public is that no private person owns it. For example, in "public" schools, the building and teacher are paid for and owned by the state... students just rent out the services for a temporary period. If the state owns it, that means it doesn't belong to workers, does it? |
