Message | Local governments deciding the funding policy means that they can choose not to fund sports clubs at all. We believe that it is important for the government to make decisions that affect their citizens, and that those decisions are carried out uniformly thoughout the nation. Sport is important for many reasons, and that is why it is funded by the government. |

Message | Yes, sport is important. But it's close to people only if local government knows where to fund these clubs. I'm strongly against big competence of federal government because it's better if everything what's important is done locally and rest (police, fire department, military etc.) federally. If we add to this proposal that funding of sport places can't fall under some level, would you consider voting "yes"? |

Message | The bill is referring to the "funding policy" being decided by local governments. We believe that the policy should be set nationally. Local governments can be involved in allocating funds as long as it conforms with the national policy. |

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |
