Message | Mr Speaker, If we had a limited Citizenry, selected by meritocracy - as the Veterans have always maintained - it would make sense for these Citizens to carry ID cards - by choice - to prove their Citizenship when claiming the privileges they would have over Civilians. Given the current Citizenship criterea, however, (i.e. no criterea at all) it would appear that proof of "Citizenship" is not necessary: all you have to be is be in Luthori and you are a "Citizen". Pray why would we go to the expense of making such cards for every single resident of the entire Empire? I yield the floor. |
