Message | As things stand cases of malpractice can only be brought about if death occurs. There are a whole host of detrimental conditions or terrible accidents and afflictions which could result from malpractice. In the interest of the patient the law needs to change and these proposals need to be brought forward. |
Date | 16:59:37, August 10, 2005 CET | From | CIVIL UNION | To | Debating the General Malpractice Suit Allowment Act |
Message | No. We don't need a witch-hunt on our medecins. This is outrageous! |
Date | 03:24:34, August 11, 2005 CET | From | Dolgar Libertarian Party | To | Debating the General Malpractice Suit Allowment Act |
Message | Have to disagree with this one, but only tenably. Malpractice suits make medical insurance prices skyrocket. |
