Message | And we're cutting this tax rather than say the luxury tax or suggesting we cut income taxes because...? Are the corporatist industrialists enjoying your political hand job? OOC: Ah, Particracy - where a politician can be as disgusting, crass and foul-mouthed as anything and not be booted from the legislature for it. |

Message | Maybe this is just the first step to cut the other taxes you speak of... We must start somewhere. Lets say we wanted tax cuts on on income then you would complain about industry. Maybe instead of complaining and using sexual terms to describe your point... If there is one... maybe you should suggest he add tax cuts for income. |

Message | "Lets say we wanted tax cuts on on income then you would complain about industry." I wouldn't do that because I'm not retarded. If I'm against industry tax cuts now, why would I flip-flop when other taxes are being cut? Anyway, who said I was in favour of any tax cuts? My point is, however, IF there have to be cuts, why do they go to industry instead of people? |

Message | What the fuck? why do that? This may give the working class peoples some relief in terms of pay, but it would either force so much of the tax burden onto them, or, public serives would have to be drasticaaly cut. this is riddiculous. |

Message | Orang party youare a flip floper... You wih to give all services in the hands of priavte corps yet you deny them tax cuts. If in your mind you want to give the corporations the power to rule over all servcs why not let them have tax cuts. You are confusing me.. |

Message | "This may give the working class peoples some relief in terms of pay, but it would either force so much of the tax burden onto them, or, public serives would have to be drasticaaly cut. this is riddiculous." A minimum wage would do much more for people than any public services could. We'll be ensuring that "a single full time worker on it can adequately subsist". I'm not saying that public services don't mean anything, but I would much rather have a society where workers can't be so easily taken advantage of. The minimum wage will put more money into the pockets of the lower class and the tax cut will help to fill any defecit the minimum wage creates, thus preventing lay-offs; and as far as public services go, I'm sure many of our lower-class citizens would rather put bread on the table than have mail, roads, or even law enforcement; so let's work with what we have and think of new ways to generate revenue. |

Message | "You wih to give all services in the hands of priavte corps yet you deny them tax cuts." How is that flip-flopping? Just because I think the private sector does something better doesn't mean that I think we should bend over and let them have their way at the expense of everyone else. Try and find something better to criticise us for. "You know as well as I do that it wasn't political." *Applauds* Well played, sir. |

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |
