Message | Actually, considering we're paying taxes as well, it kind of is. Anyway, the social contract of a democracy and the consent of the people gives us the authority to make this bill. The fact that humans have a duty to help one another and helping out nations in need is a great way to do that is what makes this bill a great idea. |
