Message | If this passes (and I hope the Free Dems have enough sense to vote against), how are the powers of Praetor divided up (see http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=56922)? Does the HoS or the HoG inherit them? For reference, our constitution: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=56922 http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=37779 http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=11998 http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=11462 |

Message | the powers of the praetor carry over to the head of state, (praetor would just be known as consul). there is no constitutional contradictions as i see it |

Message | I'd have power going to the HoG. This bill makes HoS merely ceremonial. While I hate the name change, I'll support this bill. Makes politics more parliamentary and... well... european. |

Message | It seems the only people who dont like this Bill are the ones that had gained so much power from the unification of Head Of State and Government... |

Message | "the powers of the praetor carry over to the head of state" "I'd have power going to the HoG" Either way, what's the point of separating them? "It seems the only people who dont like this Bill are the ones that had gained so much power from the unification of Head Of State and Government..." Oh ye of little memory. |
