Bill: No-Firing Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Communist Party of Lodamun
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2433
Description[?]:
The CPL stands for solidarity between workers. We believe that even a power such as the government has no right to fire workers that have gone on strike. The workers go on strike because of the treatment of them by their employers. The CPL thinks that it is better to fire the employers, that have clearly shown incompetence in upholding the living standards of their workers, than to fire the workers. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Employer's rights in regards to firing striking workers.
Old value:: Government approval is needed before strikers can be fired.
Current: Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.
Proposed: Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.

Message | Firing employers sounds like a great idea if we're trying to raise unemployment. I believe we still have a minimum wage that is a"living wage" so even the poorest workers are well cared for. |

Random fact: Moderation reserves the discretion to declare RP laws invalid if the players supporting them are doing so in an excessively confrontational way. |
