Message | It just makes more sense. Currently, the Prime Minister is the Head of State which has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO with and ministers while the president heads the cabinet of MINISTERS. It just makes more sense for the Prime MINISTER to head the cabinet if MINISTERS while the President PRESIPDES as the HoS. (OOC: Sorry if you didn't like the Capitalization. They're for emphasis.) |
