MessageThe way I see it, research for renewable energies are being undertaken all over the world. Even if we were to contribute to such programs, the chances that somebody else will make an important discovery is fairly high... and so our citizens would have foot the bill for very little benefit.

Let foriegners do their research, and if any progress is made, Mordusia will reap the benefits anyway.
