This legislation simply abides by the fundamental principle that ALL Rutanians are born with the INALIENABLE right to "Life, Liberty, and PROPERTY!!!" Therefore, it is the NOT in the power of government to "regulate" or "distribute" the size of farms and land of the Rutanian People. Nevertheless, on the other hand, we stand in firm solidarity with family farms struggling to compete with the mega conglomerate corporate farms by insisting that they MERGE into their own corporate farms. Think of it like this: A Dollar Bill represents a corporate farm; a penny represents a family farm. Of course, a penny cannot compete with a Dollar Bill. However, the solution is not for the statist arm of government to break up the Dollar Bill into smaller pennies (negative), but rather to encourage via tax breaks/abatements and loans 200 pennies to merge together to form TWO Dollar bills.
