MessageWe are against article 2. This calls for abuse of the law, and will never be effective.

MessageWe are opposed to 2 as we are opposed to the legalisation of any narcotic which is most definitely harmful to users. We are opposed to 1 and 3 as the distortions to the market will help no one and only increase inefficiency and inflate costs.

MessageWe support this bill outright. There is no sound scientific evidence whatsoever to support the notion that cannabis is inherently harmful to users.

MessageIts addictive, its unhealthy, it`s a burden for relatives.
People can not control themselves when they are addicted. And people will get addicted.
Why do we need it, there are other sedative medications. Let us not chose for canabis, with all its risks.

MessageWe are in favor of the "market distortions" you speak of if you mean more medical research and availability of preventitive medicines. A failing of the free market is the setting too high a discount rate on future benefits. With the ai of a far sighted government both society and the economy can benefit from a healther, longer lived citizenry.

MessageRegarding cannabis, it will be treated as a prescription medicine. Some studies have shown an ability to reduce pain and elevate mood. We feel that if a doctor finds its use advisable to a patient we should not stand in the way.

MessageIf there is profit to be made on pharmacuticals then people will produce them and they willl try to produce the best medicines at the lowest cost possible to make the most profit. This bill removes those incentives and will lead to inneficiency and bad coporate practice. If anything it will destroy this nation's pharm industry by making it uncompetitive on the world stage.

MessageThere will always be proft for a drug company which choses to keep its products just potent enough to be helpful, without totally curing the ailment it is designed to treat. While this is an excellent business model I hope we can all agree that it is unethical. Capital can be profitably invested in other areas, so that even if more effective drugs become available and shrink the market for these products society can still prosper. In general healthier people are better consumers. I hope the "capitalists" in this country will realize this and take a more forward thinking position.

Messageif pharmecutical companies in this nationa are selling inferior product hospitals will buy from foreign firms instead, I'd hardly call it a winning business model.
