MessageI prefer the neutral arbitration we have now for compensation. As for the issue of Eminent Domain itself, I can't allow this bill which expands the power of corperate oligarchs, cozy withe government, to abuse individuals' rights.

MessageI have no problem with section 1, but I dislike the change to section 2. I rather liked the neutral body to decide. Ho Hum. I'll probably vote no, but only because of #2.
