Bill: Give Rutanians A HEART Act!!!!

Details

Submitted by[?]: Capitalist Working Families

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2434

Description[?]:

The fact is that millions of Rutanians die in hospitals everyday simply for the fact that their Doctor is unable to secure an livable organ from a deceased person b/c of the "Johnny Cochran"-type attorney that the family hires. The way I see it is once you leave the planet, you leave you rights too.

Nonethless, this legislation stipulates that if a person forbids organ donation via a "Last Will & Testament," consent is automatically assumed at death.
