| Message | Reducing the funding for health and human services by a third seems awful drastic. Has there been any change in policy that would suggest the institutions of this ministry would require less funding? If you believe the funding level is too high due to inefficiency wouldn't a more measured reduction be more prudent. Efficiency cannot be born overnight, it will take time to improve performance and a drastic cut such as this could lead to massive system failures. |
