Details
Submitted by[?]: Vaguely-Remembered Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2437
Description[?]:
In an effort to increase the strength of our military, this bill sets out to allow the nation to employ WMD research, development, and storage, only for use in times of great need. The purpose is not to use such weapons, but use them as a deterrent. If needed in a desperate time however, they will be there to defend our great nation. |

Message | These are the proposals I am most greatly considering in proposing within this bill. Please comment on them now before I move this to vote. I think that these are the best options to provide our military with great power, but will restrict these very destructive devices to be used only in the most necesary situations. 1) The nation reserves the right to develop, construct and store biological and chemical weapons. 2) The nation reserves the right to use chemical or biological weapons in warfare for any reason. 3) The nation reserves the right to nuclear weapons in retaliation to a nuclear, chemical or biological attack. 4) The nation reserves the right to develop, construct and store nuclear arms. |

Message | NOTE: you do not have to vote on this bill, I will make a new one to replace this one once the treaty falls. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I pressed the wrong key. |
