Again this goes with cutting the regulation of the government, we also feel that by allowing the industries to work out the best ways and time periods to cut their pollution it will maintain a stronger economy. |

Message | Or, the industries might just not cut their pollution at all in order to increase their bottom lines. Enforcing moderate restrictions works well because it forces all industries to follow a minimum set of guidelines. It also prevents industries from making up weak pollution restrictions. |
