Message | 1. Poor families can abuse this law, and procreate only in order to gain more money for different things, not connected with their offspring, also there is no need to give the wealthy families the child benefit. The large families with lots of children are a firm pillar of our society now, and pension system in future 2. Citizens should have the freedom of choice as to where put their money for future, and from experience of others the state is not always the best guardian of their savings. |

Message | Well why not change article two to let people choose their pension option: "The state offers a voluntary public pension, combined with other voluntary private pensions." This offers the best freedom of choice for pensioners IMO. |

Message | We think that there are people who are careless about their future, and a complete freedom in this matter could end in tragic way for some of them. (They can still choose the minimal private pension, in which social minimum is satisfied and private corp. carries the burden for the govt.) |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
