We the People of the Commonwealth of Rutania must proclaim a loud voice to the world and say that we would NOT allow some "Mad Scientist" to extract the DNA from the bones of Adolf Hitler's grave in an effort to CLONE the most maniacial Madman in World History. Therefore, we humbly ask to join us in this crusade to ban ALL human cloning. However, the bill exempts scientists and Bio-tech farmers for the cloning of animals like "Dolly the Sheep" which can be used to research n' development as well as increased production of meat supplies. Thank you for your full support!!! |
