In the Commonwealth of Rutania, statistics note fervently that 50% of marriages in divorce. Even more distressing is the fact that psychological studies have verified the detrimental impact that divorce has on children. Therefore, while we are not advocating an abolition of divorce as some "religious zealot" but rather that divorce can ONLY be granted in cases of marital affair or domestic violence. Don't vote for this bill for me, but for the CHILDREN!!! Thank you for your full support!!! |
