| The We Say So! Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Second Imperial Republic of Hobrazia. Changes implemented are as follows: - Reduction of Finance Ministry budget due to cost saving measures implemented by reducing overheads and simplifying the tax system. - Increase in Infrastructure budget in order to begin replacement of current nuclear power stations with more modern, higher output designs. Estimated cost of 50bn HCR over the next 10 years (5bn HCR per annum). Budget will be re-evaluated after construction completed due to possible requirement of maintaining some of the increase to decommission existing power stations. - Increase in Health budget to pay for nationwide child inoculations. |

| Message | The pinnipedae party can be persuaded to accept any budget that is fully funded by revenue. As this budget is well within the constraints of current tax revenue, and includes increases that the pinnipedae party can get behind, this bill has our full support. In addition, the pinnipedae party would like to congratulate the finance ministry on their cost saving measures. |
