With reference to a previous bill introduced by the LFF, there is no point in Blut und Boden, if there is no Boden. Therefore in the interests of an economically independent and healthy state, we propose the following. |

Old value:: Only zoos or zoological institutions are allowed to keep endangered animals; all other forms of keeping or trading in endangered animals are forbidden.
Current: Local governments decide about this.
Proposed: Keeping endangered animals, or trading therein, is forbidden.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government-sponsored recycling programs.
Old value:: The government funds recycling facilities but enforces mandatory recycling for industry only.
Current: Local governments decide about this.
Proposed: The government funds recycling facilities and enforces mandatory recycling for residents, commercial enterprise, and industry.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy regarding the keeping of wild animals as pets.
Old value:: The government maintains a list of dangerous wild animals which may not be kept as pets; other wild animals may be kept as pets.
Current: The ownership of wild animals as pets is banned.
