| WHEREAS, the use of aircraft has become critically important in modern warfare WHEREAS, the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto does not have adequate air defenses necessary to defend the citizens of this great land WHEREAS, the People of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto wish to have a modern Air Force that will demonstrate the power of this great land RESOLVED, the Government of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto is to maintain a Royal Air Force, to be under the command of the Ministry of Defense. |

| Message | We have one of the largest standing navies in the world just because of the fact that we are historically linked with Luthori and the facts that we some of the largest dry docks on the planet because of our shipping industry and the fact that we have the majority of the major ports of the settled Dovani Coast. We have a standing Air Force that is fully able to deal with any trouble that maybe stirred up with Kazulia, not to mention a nearly continuious missile defence system, and hordes of intelligence and counter intelligence agencies. Besides the Defence Budget is still under funded, so we suggest if you really want to pass this bill you add an amendment to it to increase the Defence Budget, because we will vote against any bill that would increase the Air Force at the cost of our proud Navy. |
