WHEREAS, the Great North Dovani Plain is largely unexplored

WHEREAS, we seek to bring knowledge of this vast land to the peoples of the world

RESOLVED, that the Ministry of Defense is to begin an expedition to explore the unknown lands of the Great Dovani Plain and all lands to the east, to map it, establish good relations with its inhabitants, and claim it as the territory of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto

MessageThere was an expedition to the land south of Sekowo conducted by citizens of our nations a few years ago but I've never found out what they discovered exactly (OOC: because I forgot about it and never wrote anything). The plains continue to the north into Carina's Land where the Welsh live and to the south of us are the Shinjalans who originally inhabited Sekowo, The rest of the peoples down further south are somewhat vague, mostly living in the mountainous regions of that territory.
