Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2438
Description[?]:
Currently, no one may own exotic animals! This is an outrage! There are many, many residents of Kirlawa who would be absolutely delighted to own a wonderful exotic animal. This, of course, will be highly regulated by the national government. In addition, the owning of endangered or threatened species will still be prohibited by law. |

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections. |
Random quote: "If democracy is ever to be threatened, it will not be by revolutionary groups burning government offices and occupying the broadcasting and newspaper offices of the world. It will come from disenchantment, cynicism and despair caused by the realization that the New World Order means we are all to be managed and not represented." - Tony Benn |
