Date | 00:12:32, August 01, 2007 CET | From | Cosa Nostra | To | Debating the Workers Freedom Act II |
Message | If the workers are happy, there's no need for strikes. This reaction only shows that you ultraliberal rightwingers know damn well you're not treating workers in a respectful manner. |
Date | 00:34:31, August 01, 2007 CET | From | Free People's Party | To | Debating the Workers Freedom Act II |
Message | If this bill is passed you could end up with a situation where a minor trade union goes on strike with less than 50% of its members supporting it and as a results every other trade union member in the country could go on strike which would completly destroy the economy |
Date | 00:38:05, August 01, 2007 CET | From | Free People's Party | To | Debating the Workers Freedom Act II |
Message | Also workers who can go on strike for any reason with no restrictions can go on strike even if they have good working conditions and pay because they can bully companies to get even more or force businesses to lose money or take their business to other countries. |
