MessageWe really, really, REALLY, wanted to give the middle class (<5000) a cut, however 1 % cut would kill revenue 4 + billion COB and we couldn't afford it...reducing the middle class taxes is now a top priorirty should this pass.

Oh...we cut <3000 from 4% to 3%
