MessageYes, the URP offered Free Lodamun unnamed cabinet posts in return for violating a previous agreement we had with the NP. The purpose of thier original message to us was to ensure that if FL became majority party, urp would remain in power. We graciously turned down the offer but took the message as a bridge building attempt. Clearly, it was not meant to be one. In fact, we assured urp that if we did by some chance become majority party or win HoS, they would be featured prominantly in our first cabinet proposal. This was, unfortunately, a one way street. We respect the URP for retaining power as long as it has, it is a prominant part of this nation and as such, deserves a spot in government.

While not unexpected, we are saddened by the urp's refusal to work with this nation's second and fourth largest parties and we urge the Moderate Republican Party to see where this leadership is taking thier nation. How democratic is a government that flat out refuses to work with the parties representing %38.6 of the population (54,032,598 individuals) and that's BEFORE we do elections to see where the NP's significant chunk will go?

MessageWe were going to offer FL seats, but why would we when they endorsed our mortal enemy in the second round? If FL had not endorsed anyone they would have held several ministries.

We hope to work with ULP in the future. URP is always happy to entertain cabinet requests from ULP or others, however I had promised MRP cabinet seats for a while. Once CPL finally responded to my messages he was gone shortly thereafter, leaving me short of the majority needed. When NP also withdrew I proposed this cabinet because MRP has been very patient and I could no longer delay.
