MessageI think this is a new treaty? Couldn't we just join an existing human rights treaty?

MessageThis is not a new treaty. It was drafted in 2316 by the URR itself. The Republic had ratified the treaty, and it formed the corner stone of Cildanian law for decades until it was repealed by the insidious JLC.

MessageIn that case we probably would support. Although we think it strange to have a treaty signed by only one nation.

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.

Random quote: "It makes no difference, in principle, if this 'collective will' is divined by the edicts of a dictator or by majority vote, so long as the rights of the individual may still be sacrificed." - Robert Garmong
