MessageVoluntary Euthanasia is suicide, active euthanasia especially so. We view suicide to be at it's core a highly immoral act, regardless of any other circumstances related to it, and any person assisting in a suicide to be ethically compromised. How would you define sufferring? A condition that will cause death in one year? Ten years? What of a chronic condition causing pain which is not normally terminal? Depression? Which of these is worthy of euthanising the patient?

MessageThat's up to the patient and the doctor -not me, you, or any other political party. If doctors act irresponsibly they could be stripped of their medical license just as when abusing or mistreatingpatients in other circumstances.

Random fact: Players should not role-play characters without the consent of the owner, and if they find they have role-played the character beyond what the owner intended, they should withdraw or amend the role-play appropriately.
