Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 17:56:44, August 03, 2007 CET | From | Monarchism Démocratique et Fédéral | To | Debating the Legislative Correction Act |
Message | The Redemption Party supports this correction, not merely because the bill itself would not have passed in a legitimate vote, but because many of the measures unnecessarily centralize our government. The head of state should not have absolute power, and there is no need to name our regions in a manner that many of its inhabitants find dehumanizing. No offense is intended towards the Cyborg Unity Party, which has shown great integrity in its service to Lourenne. But surely even its members will agree that the people of Lourenne do not support the measure that this bill seeks to correct. |
Date | 20:19:54, August 03, 2007 CET | From | Cyborg Unity Party | To | Debating the Legislative Correction Act |
Message | The Cyborg Unity is suprised at the indecisiveness of all the other parties. This bill is simply the exact opposite of what we proposed and that bill got passed. We find this bill laughable. |
