Message | This bill ok b/c it adheres to the FREE MARKET!!! However, we believe that the Federal gov't should give a CONCESSION---not a command--that local governments set the legal intoxication rate to .03 to encourage moderate consumption of alcohol as well as put excise taxes on alcohol!!! |
