Old value:: There is a free public education system and a small number of private schools, which are heavily regulated to ensure they teach adequate skills and information.

Message | The voucher system is the perfect system. Say the state spends 8K on each student per year. Every child gets one. All public schools cost 8K per year. Say the private school the parents send their child to costs 10K per year. The parents are required to pay only another 2K, the government pays for the rest. This way, all education is "public", but parents have far more choice in their child's education. The beauty of it is the voucher can only be spent on education, and education for all. |

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
