Message | Keep federal government out of this issue, allow locals to make their OWN decisions. I would also accept: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, and is legal in government-owned buildings. OR Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings. We can keep smoking out of the government if it's the official stance, but we ought not to legislate it generally. |

Message | I have to agree with the Anarchist Liberation Party on some of their points. I do think that this needs to be changed from smoking regulations are to be determined by local governments but I do not like what you have proposed. |
