MessageKeep federal government out of this issue, allow locals to make their OWN decisions.

I would also accept: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, and is legal in government-owned buildings.

OR

Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings.

We can keep smoking out of the government if it's the official stance, but we ought not to legislate it generally.

MessageI have to agree with the Anarchist Liberation Party on some of their points. I do think that this needs to be changed from smoking regulations are to be determined by local governments but I do not like what you have proposed.
