MessageThe Responsible Liberal Party opposes many of the changes proposed in this bill. We believe our interests would be better served with a series of smaller bills dealing with individual areas of legislation. Such sweeping changes would create turmoil and economic instability we are ill prepared to deal with.

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval.

Random quote: "Public schools are government-established, politician- and bureaucrat-controlled, fully politicized, taxpayer-supported, authoritarian socialist institutions. In fact, the public-school system is one of the purest examples of socialism existing in America." - Thomas L. Johnson
