WHEREAS, Jelbania ask Hulstria to join in a military training

WHEREAS, Jelbania is a enemy of the Stvrt� Delt�rska Republika

RESOLVED Hulstria has to forge an alliance with Jelbania and we should work together on our military intervention in the Stvrt� Delt�rska Republika.
