| The DSP feels that the Current Capital of Pelias is sociopolitically and strategically a bad place for the capital, not only is it in the North part of the country, and thusly requires politicians from the South to have to travel more, but in the event of a war, it is far to close to the coast, and therefore highly vulnerable to naval attacks. However, the DSP also feels that the country must be united in this and thusly proposes debate on whether to move it or not and where to move it if we do. The DSP suggests Kasmenai, situated in the middle of the country, but is also open to others thoughts, and will not seek the moving of the capital if the majority do not wish it to be moved. |

| Message | I think that the mountainous north is ideal for the repulsion of a foreign invasion. For instance, when the Avatars invaded the North in order to depose Caelon, he fought a guerrilla war that crippled the Southern armies even though his troops were few. The harsh winters do not make for great comfort, but the protection they afford is undeniable. I propose Gelai as the new capital. There will be no difficulty in communicating due to our modern technology. Politicians from the south can take a 1 hour flight. |
